More free-flowing than a book club and with fewer pages to read. The group chooses an article from Lilith Magazine and discusses it together. Lilith Magazine is an “independent, Jewish, and frankly feminist magazine,” Lilith, which reports on topics of “family politics, Jewish hair, race and reconciliation, new liturgies, good advice, fabulous fiction, parenting now, marriage equality, feminist philanthropy, sex, food—and so much more.” Each participant is encouraged to order food and drink at their own expense. Conversation, of course, is free and quite stimulating.
